The Scheme of Arrangement was approved by creditors on 5 December 2003 and became effective on 15 January 2004. The Scheme Administrators are Jacqueline Stephenson and Graeme Gadsby, Insolvency practitioners licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

The Provisional Liquidators, appointed on 9 March 1994, remain in office, with Jacqueline Stephenson and Graeme Gadsby acting.

The deadline for notifying new claims to the Scheme Administrators was 15 January 2006, which was advertised and advised to policyholders and others.

The Scheme Administrators send an Annual Report to creditors for each calendar year. Reports were sent on 24 March 2006 and 2 April 2007

The Scheme Administrators have commenced payment of dividends to creditors with an Established Scheme Claim.
